The Restaurant attaches great importance to the use of products from the region. In addition, care is also taken to use seasonal products. To mark this occasion, and in keeping with the month of orchards, the following menu has been created:

• Filet of pork from the “Marque Nationale” with apple-onion vegetables, napkin dumplings and a camadonven cream sauce (camadonven = cider brandy)
• Warm plum cake with crumbles and homemade whipped cream
