DESCRIPTION:With the focus on regionally grown fruit\, the juice factory “Eppelpress” presses apple juice from your apples. From mid-September onwards\, your apples are washed\, ground\, and pressed here before they are pasteurised. During this process\, about 65 litres of juice can be extracted from 100 kg of fruit.
