DESCRIPTION:With the focus on regionally grown fruit\, the juice factory “Eppelpress” presses apple juice from your apples. From mid-September onwards\, your apples are washed\, ground\, and pressed here before they are pasteurised. During this process\, about 65 litres of juice can be extracted from 100 kg of fruit. SUMMARY:Apples become apple juice
DESCRIPTION:FRU by Georges Schiltz\, winemaker from Rosport\, now offers you a place where you can take your apples and go home with fresh apple juice. Besides apples\, quinces are also pressed here to make apple-quince juice. \nThere is NO minimum or maximum limit.  All you have to do is bring your apples/quinces\, after consultation with the producer\, to Rosport where they are weighed and pressed. You will be charged € 0.75 per litre for the juice for the amount of work involved (100 kg of apples can produce around 60 litres of juice). DESCRIPTION:The Restaurant attaches great importance to the use of products from the region. In addition\, care is also taken to use seasonal products.
